Homestead is lead by Bill Berland, President, and Bob Heffernan, Vice President. Bill and Bob are recognized leaders in the industry. Bill has had a successful career in property management, sales and construction. He is the past president of the Metropolitan Association of Realtors of Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties and was the year 2000 president of the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Bob Heffernan is a graduate R.N., has completed the coursework for the GRI and SRA designations, and is a recipient of the Metropolitan Association's Dedicated Service Award. Both of these men are active in the community, serve on various not-for-profit boards, and teach real estate courses.

There are currently about 200 associates with Homestead Realty Inc. We offer two fully functioning offices as well as multiple resource centers. Homestead Realty is part of a great Wisconsin tradition of a large successful, privately owned full service real estate company. The most recent expansion was the addition of a brokerage offices in the offices in the Metropolitan Chicago area.
