Homestead is led by Bill Berland, President, and Shelley Morgan, Vice President. Bill and Shelley are recognized leaders in the industry. Bill has had a successful career in property management, sales and construction. He is the past president of the Metropolitan Association of Realtors of Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties and was the year 2000 president of the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Shelley has been selling real estate since 1988, is active on the GMAR Board of Directors, active in Women’s Council of Realtors, including past State Governor. She holds the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, and Performance Management Network. Both of these Realtors® are active in the community and serve on various not for profit boards.

There are currently about 200 associates with Homestead Realty, Inc. We offer multiple resource centers throughout Wisconsin.
